Job summary

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. English is the primary language; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes on-site visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel.

• Manages mail, faxes, and basic data entry tasks.
• Maintains calendars and scheduling when needed.
• Collects payments for services and products.
• Performs clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
