The Albuquerque Academy Operations Department is seeking an Event Setups & Custodial Support Specialist to support events and daily operations across our campus.

This full‑time role focuses roughly 80% on event setups and campus logistics and 20% on day-porters custodial duties, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, service‑oriented, and capable of physical work within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and event furnishings.
• Configure spaces for meetings, receptions, dances, and other events.
• Operate basic audio-visual equipment and lighting as needed.
• Assist with athletic venue preparation and campus logistics.
• Keep event spaces clean during and after events.
