  • Two years of related experience required; work experience may substitute education.
  • Valid US driver’s license, age 21+, clean driving record; MVR acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Events Operations: Develop and implement detailed parking plans for special events and coordinate with organizers, facility management, and internal departments.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for event-related parking inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Systems and Data Management: Use parking management software and GIS tools; perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Financial Responsibility: Maintain event records for billing, invoicing, and reconciliation; analyze utilization for efficiency.
  • Policy Compliance: Support policy development and ensure operations align with guidelines; promote safe, customer-focused enforcement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
