Job summary

CU Boulder’s Parking Services is hiring an Event Parking Supervisor to lead concession sales, manage parking and traffic for campus events. These are on-call roles (1% on-call) with evening, weekend and holiday shifts and no guaranteed hours.

Uniforms provided and on-site briefings will be required. The role requires directing traffic, cash handling and reconciliation, coordinating staff and equipment, and ensuring safety and customer service during events.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Will need to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Ability to work a minimum number of events including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience coordinating event staff and traffic in a campus setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event-related assignments and equipment for parking attendants during campus events.
• Direct traffic and handle cash reconciliations; provide on-site briefings.
• Complete required university trainings and track assigned events.
• Respond to emergent needs as directed by Parking Services leadership.
