University of Colorado Boulder’s Parking Services invites applications for the Event Parking Supervisor positions. There are two roles, serving as lead workers for special events, overseeing parking, traffic flow, and concession operations on campus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in person, on-call for events, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with campus geography and parking procedures is a plus.
• Uniform policies must be followed and cash handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event-related assignments and equipment for a group of parking attendants (students and contractors) within a defined campus area.
• Direct traffic, provide on-site briefings, and ensure smooth event operations.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions per internal controls; respond to customer issues.
• Complete required trainings and track assigned events via scheduling systems.
