• Maintain a roster of 35–40 students, including hiring and training.
• Ensure event permits are issued properly and handle customer complaints.
• Manage training materials, evaluate schedules, and coordinate with Payroll/HR as needed.
• Lead Field operations oversight during large events and ensure safety compliance.
