You will coordinate daily operations, train new employees, manage timesheets, and respond to maintenance issues, including during adverse weather or emergencies, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform medium to heavy physical work.
• Special certification may be required for some of these positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, including power washing, window washing, floor waxing, and re-lamping fixtures and dispensers.
• Inspect and verify maintenance discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide support to other zones as needed, filling in for vacant positions or absenteeism.
• Collect and submit timesheets within established timelines.
