Job summary

Ivy Tech Lake County campus seeks an Enrollment Services Professional to support applicants at Crown Point, East Chicago, and Gary locations. You will guide new students through Knowledge Assessment, FAFSA, course registration, and enrollment requirements using IvyConnect and ERP tools.

This in-person role emphasizes customer service, FERPA compliance, and cross-functional teamwork. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Associate degree with related experience, strong communication, and ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; an associate degree with 3–4 years' related work experience acceptable.
Two years of experience in customer relations, recruiting, or sales is essential.
Experience in K-12 or higher education preferred, with familiarity in CRM and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as daily resource for applicants, providing walk-in and phone support related to admissions and enrollment.
Manage assigned caseloads to support applicant conversion and track via dashboards.
Assist students with registration, Degree Tracker, and Schedule Builder, and answer general financial aid questions.
