Job summary

Northeast State Community College is seeking a LEAD Center Assistant (Student, Part-time/Temporary) to support daily operations, events, and student success initiatives in the Center for Leadership, Enrichment, Access, and Discovery. You will report to the Assistant Director of Strategy and Innovation for Access and Leadership Enrichment (SIALE) and collaborate with campus teams.

The role requires current enrollment as a Northeast State student and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled Northeast State student.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of belonging and respect in the LEAD Center.
• Support peers and help them access campus resources and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary resource for colleagues, staff, and guests during shifts.
• Collaborate to develop events and programming that foster community on campus.
• Recruit peers to participate in LEAD Center activities and programming.
• Increase LEAD Center visibility among students, employees, and the local community.
• Keep the LEAD Center welcoming and well-maintained.
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
