Alpha seeks an Educational Consultant to develop Guides who implement its AI-powered coaching model for K-8 students across multiple campuses. You will drive high standards, coach leaders, and lead life-skills sessions designed to build confidence, focus, and resilience.

You’ll use performance data to identify gaps, coach Guides back to excellence, and manage your own student cohort to ensure measurable growth and strong outcomes across campuses in Dallas, OKC, Austin, Fort Worth, and Tulsa.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, youth leadership or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
