Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email support for online order questions.
• Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and social media.
• Familiarize with software for SKU accuracy and warehouse automation.
• Utilize NetSuite for order processing including picking and packing.
• Monitor packing and shipping inventory quantities.
• Assist in organizing product categories for better navigation.
