Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking an Early Talent Recruiter to own university and early-career recruiting for sites in the US and abroad. You will shape school partnerships, manage internship and new-grad hiring from sourcing through offers, and elevate the recruiting motion to support our expanding hardware and software teams.

This hybrid role is based in Santa Clara, Austin, or Toronto, and welcomes candidates at varying experience levels.

Qualifications

• Own a full campus recruiting cycle from school selection to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and raise the hiring bar.
• Connect funnel data to practical decisions on applications, conversions, and offers.
• Nurture relationships with students and schools, even when not hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

• Own the university and early-career recruiting strategy for target schools and cohorts.
• Run internship and direct new-grad funnels end to end (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Collaborate with hosting business leaders and Early Talent Program Manager to calibrate fit and capacity.
• Contribute to Tenstorrent Talent Brand by engaging early talent and maintaining relationships long-term.
