Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; remove trash.
• Restock supplies and assist with setup/breakdown as needed.
• Attend shifts on time; other duties as assigned.
