Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and enrollment operations for the San Jose Campus.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure effective marketplace messaging.
• Lead outreach to area corporations and institutions for enrollment partnerships.
• Forecast, budget, and manage internal recruiting/retention processes.
• Provide developmental coaching to direct reports and align curriculum with campus needs.
