Job summary

Be GREAT Academy is seeking a Campus Director II (Part Time seasonal) at Whitmire Community School to oversee after-school programming and staff performance. The role requires managing program delivery, establishing partnerships with parents and schools, and ensuring high-quality youth development activities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Youth Development or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of program management, with strong communication and leadership abilities to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Development Field (or equivalent education and experience) and at least 1 year program management experience.
• Ability to deal with diverse youth ages 4 to 18; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of BGCA and local programs; ability to establish positive relationships with youth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain participants to meet or exceed enrollment goals
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and parents
• Supervise, provide/coordinate site staff training and staff development for program staff
• Organize, direct, implement, and evaluate programming across BGCA core areas
• Provide individual and group instruction; maintain discipline and enforce club rules
• Facilitate staff meetings and manage day-to-day club operations
• Assist with program staff and volunteers orientation; coordinate public relations and recruitment
