• Supervise all campus personnel and manage financial and physical resources.
• Ensure compliance with accreditations, laws, and college policies.
• Develop campus business objectives and budgets and recruit/train staff.
• Lead and motivate managers, instructors, and administrative staff.
• Strive for continuous improvement and enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
