Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supervising a staff, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all campus employees in accordance with policies and laws.
• Plan marketing to increase enrollment and ADA.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Monitor implementation of the Premier High School model.
• Maintain campus budget within allocated resources.
• Respond to district requests in a timely manner.
• Appraise staff performance and address issues per policies.
• Mentor teachers as needed.
• Advocate for a strong school culture and instructional program.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and effective learning environment.
