Qualifications

• 1 year of prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide or arrange training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
