The position requires 1 year of retail/supervisory experience preferred, with training offered. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour and benefits are available for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
