Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward top performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and support career advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
