Qualifications

• Training associates and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating worker performance and disciplining when needed.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Act as mentor and develop employees for advancement within the organization.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
