Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years relevant experience
• 1-3 years experience in food service management or related field
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; background check required
• Desired: Associate's degree; 6 years experience; ServSafe; HACCP; experience with union staff and student workers

Responsibilities

• Manage production and service of food for students, staff, guests and special groups
• Oversee procurement and inventory of food and related goods
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and training
• Ensure adherence to prescribed customer service standards and safety requirements
• Supervise student managers and student personnel program
