You will shape strategy, oversee 100+ full-time staff and hundreds of students, ensure food quality, safety, inclusion, and an exceptional campus guest experience.

Collaboration with campus partners and stadium leadership will be essential to advancing student success and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in large-scale dining/hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a $50M+ dining and hospitality operation.
• Lead 100+ full-time and hundreds of part-time/student staff.
• Develop and implement campus dining and customer experience strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
• Collaborate with campus partners and stadium leadership as needed.
