Qualifications

• General work experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; maintain records and complete forms accurately.
• Knowledge of the care and use of food service equipment and kitchen utensils; awareness of health hazards and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality items each meal service, including daily prepared items.
• Trains hourly staff on proper washing, sanitizing, and handling techniques while upholding safety protocols.
• Follows standardized processes to minimize turnaround time and ensure a consistent supply of cleaned and sanitized dishes.
