Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality items per meal service and daily prepared items.
• Knowledge of proper care and use of food service equipment and utensils, safety and health precautions.
• Follows standardized processes to minimize turnaround time and ensure a clean and sanitized dishes, trains hourly staff on washing, sanitizing, and handling techniques while upholding safety protocols.
