FRESH IDEAS is hiring an energetic and growth-minded Assistant Director of Dining Services on the campus of ROCKFORD UNIVERSITY! This key F&B leadership role oversees the operation of Campus Dining Services and Catering, ensuring client and guest satisfaction with efficient cost‑effective management that meets safety, quality, sanitation, and infection control standards.

You will lead foodservice activities, develop teams, and partner with the Chef and management to deliver high‑quality

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education.
• Extensive catering experience.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
