UW-Milwaukee's Dining and Retail Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Catering to lead the 20/20 Catering program on campus. You will drive strategy, oversee two Catering Coordinators, and partner with academic units and external clients to plan and execute high-quality events.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, quality, safety, and operational excellence, with responsibility for budgets, training, and service standards in a dynamic university environment.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Three years leadership experience in campus catering or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food/beverage operations and service standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and drive revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive state vehicles.

• Lead campus relationships with academic units, student orgs, and external partners.
• Oversee budgets, billing accuracy, inventory, and labor optimization.
