Compass Group USA is seeking a Campus Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in Abilene, TX. This role requires RD credentials and involves hands-on education, menu planning, and nutrition programming across the campus dining environment.

The position supports the university community with allergy-aware dining, group counseling, and wellness initiatives, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. The schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the CDR or RD Eligible.
• Licensure by the state board where applicable.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and group formats.
• Experience with special diets and food allergies.
• ServSafe Manager Certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs.

• Address: Abilene Christian University
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, some Saturdays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Campus Dietitianto join our Nutrition Team in Abilene, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc.
• Implements Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming
• Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers
• Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates
• Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis
• Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging
• Operational execution and oversight – hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services
• Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
• Ability to present information in one-on-one as well group format
• Experience working with special diets and food allergies
• ServSafe® Manager Certification a plus
• Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs
