Compass Group North America is hiring a Campus Dietitian in Abilene, TX to join our Nutrition Team. This role focuses on nutrition education, wellness programming, and collaboration with dining and marketing teams to meet dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) or RD eligible.
• Licensed by the state dietetics licensing board where applicable.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and group formats.
• Experience with special diets and food allergies.
• ServSafe Manager Certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition education and training for the campus community, including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, and one-on-one counseling.
• Implement Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming.
• Coordinate with dining management and culinary teams to meet dietary needs.
• Provide nutrition-related training including allergen information to associates.
• Assist with menu development and nutrient analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing on nutrition messaging.

• Address : Abilene Christian University


• Schedule : Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, some Saturdays.


• Requirement : RD credentials

Job Summary

We are seeking a Campus Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in Abilene, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc.


• Implements Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming


• Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers


• Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates


• Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis


• Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging


• Operational execution and oversight – hands‑on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services


• Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible


• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable


• Ability to present information in one-on-one as well group format


• Experience working with special diets and food allergies


• ServSafe® Manager Certification a plus


• Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs
