Qualifications

• Three or more years of building construction management or project management experience.
• College coursework in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

• Manages design and construction with architect-engineer firms and construction contracts.
• Works with University clients and Purchasing to meet requirements.
• Develops programs, estimates, and designs for smaller renovations with customers.
• Performs technical studies and recommends design solutions to complex problems.
• Supports building maintenance activities within professional scope.
