Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or closely related field.
  • Three (3) years of commercial construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from design through completion.
  • NOTE: Master's degree may substitute for one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Budget, design, estimate, schedule, and manage architectural and/or MEP construction projects and repairs.
  • Lead interface with University project managers, project coordinators, and engineers.
  • Prepare architectural and/or MEP drawings and specifications for construction documents.
  • Inspect and verify drawings, specifications, and equipment for conformance.
  • Monitor schedule, progress, and budget; provide updates to Housing stakeholders.
