Job summary

Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Delivery Associate to support campus logistics by receiving and delivering materials, equipment and furniture, including gas bottles and other potentially dangerous goods. APL's campus in the Baltimore-Washington metro area offers a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Daily tasks include loading and unloading with lift gates, forklifts or pallet jacks, using parcel tracking systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming materials and equipment are delivered to the correct person/location in a timely manner.
• Load/unload using lift gates, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Track deliveries using parcel tracking system and reconcile discrepancies daily.
• Provide support to the group and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
