Job summary

Mohave Community College seeks a dependable custodian to keep campus buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. You will perform custodial tasks, light maintenance, and may assist with events, reporting to the campus dean.

Hours vary including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts: Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–11:30 AM.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled custodial tasks according to guidelines to maintain a safe, clean environment.
Troubleshoot basic defective machinery and equipment.
Inspect areas for cleanliness and issues; report and deter vandalism.
Maintain facility safety by managing lights, debris and ice/snow.
Inform supervisor when supplies or parts need restocking; assist in stocking.
