Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and custodial methods.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, carpets, walls, and fixtures; mop, scrub, dust, and polish surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables; maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Move office furniture as needed and assist in setup of rooms for events.
• Spray for insects when directed and restock supplies in washrooms.
• Observe property for safety issues and report needed repairs.
• Perform snow removal and assist in lawn/garden tasks as required.
