Clear Creek ISD is seeking an Assistant Lead Custodian - Intermediate at Victory Lakes Intel in League City, TX. The role involves supervising custodians, opening/closing facilities for events, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, and participation in district safety practices. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours demands.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification/Licensure: None specified.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic techniques of minor building repairs.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate cleaning equipment, lift heavy equipment, and properly handle toxic cleaning supplies.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to interface with staff, students and community.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsabilités

• Help with scheduling and training custodians.
• Oversee and participate in all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory and order custodial supplies from warehouse.
• Promote the safety and security of the building.
• Be responsible for fire safety and security of the building.
• Perform minor repairs and cleaning as needed.
• Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Check exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy.
• Participate in energy management and IPM programs.
• Be available for after-hours demands.
