Qualifications

• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate cleaning equipment, lift heavy equipment, and properly handle toxic cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Help with scheduling and training custodians.
• Oversee and participate in all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory and order custodial supplies from warehouse.
• Promote the safety and security of the building.
• Be responsible for fire safety and security of the building.
• Perform minor repairs and cleaning as needed.
• Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Check exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy.
• Participate in energy management and IPM programs.
• Be available for after-hours demands.
