Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years custodial experience required.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen may be requested.
• Credit check not required.

Aufgaben

• Act as a lead worker and assist the supervisor.
• Educate immediate staff on teamwork and job responsibilities.
• Inspect custodial services in the assigned area.
• Perform limited scheduling duties for staff and shifts.
• Orient new custodial staff assigned to area.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance, including light bulbs and equipment upkeep.
• Perform floor care including stripping, scrubbing, vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
• Operate cleaning equipment as part of daily duties.
