Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; two years custodial/industrial cleaning experience.
• Two years in lead/supervisory role required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Custodial Coordinator, lead and direct custodial staff in daily operations across campus buildings.
• Perform minor maintenance and move furniture as needed.
• Ensure assigned duties are completed on schedule with high quality.
• Lead project work and respond to work order requests; manage supply needs.
• Coordinate, perform, and supervise day-to-day custodial work and safety procedures.
• Train, schedule, and coach staff; provide guidance in absence of coordinator.
