Job summary

Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Leader to support Market Leader or Campus Store Manager in delivering exceptional store operations and customer service, driving sales growth, and upholding brand standards across General Merchandise and Course Materials.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage staffing within budget, review financials with leadership, and ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Assoc. degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions and events.
• Review store financials with leadership to recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems per procedures.
• Maintain inventory control and store presentation.
• Train and coach team members on standards.
• Schedule staff within budget and provide coverage during peak periods.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve escalations.
• Support campus relationships and day-to-day store operations.
