Job summary

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) Philadelphia Campus seeks a Distribution Service Associate to manage off-campus courier activity and the campus vehicle’s upkeep. The role also supports receipt and delivery of materials on campus, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include daily courier runs in the tri-state area, vehicle maintenance, and use of Microsoft Office and logistics software to track shipments and supplies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of post high school work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications is required.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence with no accidents and/or violations in past three years.

Responsibilities

• Courier services for the PCOM Philadelphia campus including pickup and delivery of mail, parcels, packages and equipment daily.
• Daily delivery and pick up of materials to various off campus locations in the tri-state area for PCOM departments including Health Care Centers (HCCs).
• Operates PCOM van safely; secures and schedules regular maintenance, cleaning and inspections of same.
• Maintains daily mileage log for campus van.
• Shipping and Receiving responsibilities including receipt and delivery of all incoming packages, cartons, equipment and/or supplies as assigned.
