Job description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations.

You are the individual who ensures everything functions as intended. When a campus operates seamlessly, students experience security, staff maintain their focus, and parents place their confidence in the institution. This outcome is not incidental. It results from someone carefully managing hundreds of moving parts each day—with precision, responsiveness, and intentionality.

Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school frameworks globally. We integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated standards for both learners and educators. This position exists to guarantee that the non-instructional dimensions of the campus meet the same benchmark as our academic programs.

In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your accountability spans community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics coordination, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might be facilitating a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology concern, welcoming a new team member, or handling a parent inquiry. You are not simply maintaining operations—you are building trust.

This is a practical, on-campus position for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, remains composed when challenges arise, and values delivering exceptional service. If you seek a role where your choices immediately influence student safety, staff productivity, and parent confidence, this position provides genuine autonomy and measurable impact.
