Job summary

Towson University in Towson, MD seeks a Campus Projects Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement small construction, renovation, and campus improvement projects across the university. Reporting to the Associate Director of Project Management, you will manage projects from request to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Three years of related construction project coordination experience.
• Working knowledge of general construction and industry practices.
• Basic knowledge of Life/Safety, HazMat, and fire regulations.
• Proficiency with word processing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Provide supervision and coordinate the work of others.
• OSHA30/LEED/PMP certifications preferred; Bluebeam and Procore experience favored.
• Advanced relevant degrees welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement small construction and campus improvement projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project documentation and closeout records.
• Manage procurement and invoices in line with policies.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
