Job summary

The candidate will support multiple projects, review plans, monitor progress, and liaise with campus stakeholders, designers, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Three to five years of experience in construction, facilities, or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in delivering capital improvement and campus construction projects.
• Develop project scope, budgeting, design review, procurement, construction coordination, and closeout.
• Monitor progress, perform site observations, and review change orders.
• Support campus projects, meet stakeholders, and prepare scopes of work.
• Oversee project execution, contractor coordination, and ensure completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to leadership.
• Assist with movement and installation of furniture and equipment.
