Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Campus Intern to gain real-world construction experience under close supervision. You will support project management, estimating, safety, accounting and related functions while working with a project team on site.

Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's degree program is required. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, high energy, and strong written and verbal communication skills as you help monitor crew activity, prepare

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited Bachelor’s degree program or higher related to internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, high energy, able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crew size, self‑perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Provide progress updates and reports.
• Conduct job site observations with project leadership.
• Support the close out of projects, including punchlists, as‑built drawings, etc.
• Support vendor/trade partner pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
• Participate in all aspects of the project‑specific safety plan and culture.
• Work collaboratively and create relationships with project team members, trade partners, vendors and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
