Job summary

J.E. Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Campus Intern to support multiple construction and administration functions under close supervision. You will learn project management, estimating, safety, and accounting processes while gaining hands-on field experience alongside the project team.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program with relevant coursework.
• Currently pursuing a degree related to the internship.
• Ability to work under close supervision and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Work with project team to monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Provide progress updates and reports to project leadership.
• Conduct job site observations with project leadership.
• Support close out of projects, including punchlists and as-built drawings.
• Assist with vendor/trade partner pricing and bid solicitation.
• Participate in project safety plan and culture.
• Build relationships with project team, trade partners, vendors and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
