Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited Bachelor's Degree program.
• Pursuing degree related to construction or administration.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work on site and learn from teams.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by monitoring crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Provide progress updates and reports on initiatives.
• Conduct job site observations with project leadership.
• Assist with project close-out tasks, including punchlists and manuals.
• Support pricing/bid solicitation and coordination with vendors/trade partners.
• Participate in all aspects of the project safety plan and culture.
• Collaborate with project team members, trade partners, vendors and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
