UNC Finance and Operations in Chapel Hill is seeking five Building & Environmental Services Technicians to perform daily routine and detail cleaning of campus spaces, including offices, lounges, restrooms, student housing, classrooms, laboratories, entrances, and stairways.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and trash removal; porters may cover additional buildings and assist with events, monitor supplies, and respond to emergencies campus-wide as assigned by
