The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking five Building & Environmental Services Technicians to join the Housekeeping Services team in Chapel Hill, NC. These permanent, full-time roles cover a night shift, Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am, and include a sign-on bonus of $3,120 paid in two installments.

The positions involve daily routine and detailed cleaning of campus buildings, offices, housing, restrooms and common areas, contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming

Position Summary

A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $3,120 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $1,560 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $1,560 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE .
