Job summary

SST Schools in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Campus Character & Community Engagement Coordinator to drive character education initiatives and family/community engagement.

You will coordinate campus-level implementation, support clubs, mentor programs, and collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to improve student success and school culture. Bachelor's degree required; teaching/leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Successful teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in character education, student leadership, school culture, or related initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SST's Character Education Initiative campus-wide and support Kern Family Foundation priorities.
• Foster family and community engagement through the FACE Department by partnering with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate and sustain campus programs, clubs, mentoring, and engagement events to strengthen student success and school culture.
• Collaborate with the Campus Dean of Students and District Character Education Coordinator to implement and assess the Character Formation Roadmap 2026–2029.
