Job summary

SST Schools seeks a Campus Character & Community Engagement Coordinator to lead campus-level character education initiatives and family engagement across the campus and feeder sites. You will coordinate programming, assist in implementing SST’s Character Formation Roadmap, and partner with staff, students, and the community to strengthen school culture.

The role reports to the Campus Dean of Students and involves cross-campus collaboration, program evaluation, and ongoing improvement of student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Successful teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in character education, student leadership, school culture, or related initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support campus-level implementation of SST's Character Education Initiative and related priorities.
• Support FACE program engagement by organizing activities, events, and partnerships with families and staff.
• Lead development and annual review of the Campus Character Action Plan across feeder campuses.
• Collect evidence and reports to inform district coordinators and leadership.
• Collaborate with Campus Dean of Students and District Coordinator on implementation progress.
