SST Schools in Richmond, TX is seeking a Campus Character & Community Engagement Coordinator to lead campus-level character education initiatives and foster strong family and community partnerships.

This full-time role reports to the Campus Dean of Students, collaborates with the District Character Education Coordinator, and supports the Character Formation Roadmap 2026–2029 while coordinating FACE program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Successful teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred
• Prior experience in character education, student leadership, school culture, or related initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support campus-level implementation of SST's Character Education Initiative.
• Foster partnerships with families, staff, and community stakeholders to strengthen student success and school culture.
• Support FACE program responsibilities (0.5 FTE): clubs, mentoring, engagement events, college readiness.
• Lead development and implementation of the Campus Character Action Plan and alignment with Character.org principles.
• Collaborate with District Character Education Coordinator and Campus Dean of Students; report progress regularly.
